Established in 1865, the Saigon Zoo and Botanical Gardens is one of the oldest zoos in the world. Spread over 20 hectares, the park is home to a large variety of animals and plants, offering a wonderful and educational day out for families. The zoo has everything from reptiles to big cats, while the botanical gardens boast a wide variety of plant species. There are also play areas for children and lovely picnic spots for leisurely family outings.
